Micha is a certified yoga, Pilates and meditation teacher.
Before she became a mom she was a professional swimmer, training for the 2008 (and briefly 2012) Olympics in open water swimming. She traveled the world competing in open water and lifesaving competitions and loved every second of it.
Micha's main passion these days is mentoring athletes in mindfulness techniques that can help them improve focus, performance and get that competitive edge. Inspired by my experience as an athlete and my own journey with mindfulness, I want to empower athletes to dream big, work hard, but also create a little space for gratitude and self-compassion.
