Mindful Lunches

The Sustainable Caring team offers virtual or in person “mindful lunches” as a quick and easy way for your organization to experience the benefits of mindfulness. 


During busy days, it can be challenging to find time for a full wellness intervention. 


Mindful lunches offer your team an opportunity to rest and refresh, which can reduce stress and fatigue, and boost creativity, focus and energy. 


Our team has even offered shortened versions of our mindful lunches during ten minute nursing huddles, in order to provide valued nurses a moment of self care during stressful days.
