After completing our certification, you will also be qualified to teach the Sustainable Caring curriculum, which has been implemented in a variety of healthcare, education and corporate settings across the country.

To enroll in the Certified Sustainable Caring Facilitator program, we recommend that you meet the following prerequisites:
Professional Background: The program is designed for professionals in the healthcare industry and other fields that involve caring for others, such as educators, social workers, and community leaders. A background in these fields is helpful, but not required.
Wellness Background: While not required, having some background in wellness practices, such as meditation, mindfulness, or eco-awareness, can be beneficial for your learning experience. However, if you are new to these practices, our program is designed to provide a solid foundation for learning and growth.
Time Commitment: The program is an 8-month course, with each module taking 1 month to complete. You should plan to spend approximately 5 hours per week on coursework, readings, and practice. It's important to ensure that you have the time necessary to dedicate to the course and to make it a priority.

How do I Apply?

4. Schedule a mandatory Discovery Session with Susan Beckman Reagan.
5. If accepted, enroll in the program within 3 days. A payment link will be sent out for you to reserve your seat. The tuition fee is non-refundable.

You are welcome to pay in three equal payments over three months. The payment plan is available for regular, full-priced tuition only.

A: Yes, you will receive a certificate as a certified Sustainable Caring wellness facilitator upon completion of the program.

What is the time commitment?
Before applying to the program, applicants should carefully and realistically assess their time availability. It is estimated that it will take approximately 8 - 10 hours per week for the online modules and daily meditation practices.
In addition, there are three 90-minute calls monthly, two of which need to be attended live. There is a strict attendance policy. However, you are able to miss up to 3 live calls total over the 9-month period and still meet the graduation requirements.
In months 7 - 9, you will complete a required supervised practicum, which includes live or online teaching, recorded audio/video submissions of your teaching, student roster (names and email addresses), student evaluations, and a written reflection paper.
The final requirement is passing an exam that integrates all of the key concepts and meditations learned throughout the training.
